Nose job to improve the looks

I had always been an edgy kid since my childhood. I had big eyes. I was short and chubby too. I used to spend a lot of time in front of the mirror gazing at my facial features. My primary concern was about my nose. My nose is really ugly. I want to modify my nose and have a beautiful face.
I believe that it is better to change something if you don't like it. I have decided to apply that theory to my nose.
I searched online for the best rhinoplasty specialist ( ) in Toronto and came across Dr. Oakley Smith. My rhinoplasty procedure is scheduled for next month. I wanted to know about the healing time of the procedure. Should I wait for more than a period of two months? Please give some genuine replies and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Hey Bellaz!

Getting any surgery - especially an elective one - is a big deal, and something not to be taken lightly.
If you have done soul searching and feel this is your truth, then of course follow that through. But just remember true beauty comes from the inside!

And as for the outside, I remember growing up with people who had a large gap between their two front teeth and they HATED it!! But now, it's the trendy thing! Calvin Klein and the Gap have both done major ad campaigns featuring models with gaps in their teeth! What made people self-conscious about their looks is now the big trend! Point is, our unique features make us just that - UNIQUE!

The doctor performing the operation will go through every step of the process with you - what to expect, what healing will be like, follow-up, etc.

Just keep in mind, if you do this procedure, you will have it for the rest of your life and that will be a really long time! So no need to rush into it, have a think for a while.

Also, one BIG food for thought: What doctor who's worth their salt would schedule a SURGICAL operation without a consultation first? If they are ready to schedule an operation without even meeting you first, that doesn't seem responsible. I haven't heard of this doctor, but what I just suggested should apply to ANY doctor.

Good luck, keep us posted!
